Newborn Photography

Newborn portraits are a highly specialised area of photography and Jo is uniquely experienced in settling and comforting newborns. She is known as Wellington’s baby whisperer! Jo will ensure the shoot goes smoothly and is stress free, and that you end up with stunning images you will treasure. Our newborn photos range from simple and sweet to the more elaborate images with cool props.

A newborn photo session will take up to three hours and can include family portraits, mum/dad and baby portraits, your baby on their own and siblings portraits. The ideal time to visit us is when your baby is two weeks old or less, when they are still nice and sleepy and we can get all those lovely curly newborn shots! If this stage flashes by you however, we can still take gorgeous photos of babies of any age.
