Spring Garden Sessions

Spring is here, and our studio garden is bursting back to life! We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Spring Garden Sessions on Saturday & Sunday, November 23rd & 24th.

These sessions are perfect for those who want to enjoy the Jo Frances studio garden experience on a smaller budget, while also making the perfect gifts for Christmas.

For just $145, you'll receive a mini session shoot, with access to our gorgeous wardrobe (specifically bought for shoots in the garden!) and a beautiful 8x10 inch matted print. Plus, you’ll have the option to purchase additional products from our exclusive Petite Menu.

Signature Portrait sessions

These sessions are appropriate for clients looking for the complete service and a gorgeous collection to hang on their wall and share with their special people. These sessions include three appointments – firstly during the pre-planning session, we will spend time with you finding out about what is special and unique about your family and how we can best create artwork to reflect that. This is usually done over the phone and we like to really get a good understanding of how we can best meet your needs.

The portrait sitting lasts from 40 minutes to three hours depending on your needs and the age of family members. Sittings can involve multiple backgrounds and props, outfits and family groupings. We have an extensive wardrobe of cute newborn, baby, child and pregnancy outfits and props. The usage of these is included in your sitting fee.

After the session you will be invited back to the studio for your Design Consultation where we will design beautiful works to take pride-of-place in your home. While we offer fantastic value collections, we am also happy to design a package to suit your individual needs. Most clients spend between $1500 and $5000 all up.

A large range of products including Art Prints, Fine Art Canvas, Custom Framing, Heirloom Albums, Woodblocks and digital products are available from Signature Sessions. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

 

Signature sessions sitting fee

from $195

Session Fee: $195 weekdays $300 weekends (up to seven people). Please enquire for larger groups. The session fee is payable upon booking to secure your spot. Signature sessions are available Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. As we only take on two sessions a week, please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

$895 - catch me up sessions

If you are just wanting a taste of a Jo Frances Photography session then a Catch-Me-Up Session is for you! These sessions are designed for people wanting just a small selection of images without making an investment in a larger session and package. At $895 these sessions are a great deal.

The Catch-Me-Up includes a 30 minute weekday session for up to 4 people

  • A selection of approximately 30 images to choose your final products from

  • Includes sitting fee and 20×30 inch fully retouched canvas artwork or 5 high resolution files

  • Please note these sessions are not suitable for newborn shoots

  • Limited times available

 

FAQs

  • For family and/or children photo sessions please bring different outfits you may want to use, a drink and a snack for little ones, favourite toys or special soft toys/bears and any special family heirlooms you want to include (grandmas pearls/handmade blankets etc.,) For pregnancy sessions please discuss this with us as it varies depending on the type of style you are wanting.

  • As we are only taking on two to three shoots a week, we recommend you book us as soon as you know you want our services. Saturday times are especially popular so book ahead if you need a Saturday.

  • If your child is unwell please reschedule. Please try to give us 24 hours notice, although we do realize that this is not always possible with little ones! If your child just has a runny nose or a little cough but is happy in themselves then please come along, or get in touch with us to have a chat. We will also do you the courtesy of rebooking you if we are unwell.

  • As we only take on two to three signature sessions a week, we have a minimum purchase of three prints (or equivalent spend). We will give you plenty of time to look through the pricing menu before your session so you can start thinking about what you want. During the ordering session, We will help you pick out the images you love the most and offer some suggestions as to how you may want to display them. Although it may seem daunting to choose from a big selection, the system and the software we use makes the process relatively easy. If for any reason one of the decision makers can not come to the ordering session, we ask that you kindly postpone.
