Newborn Photography Shoot with baby Ricki

Introducing  Ricki!  This was such a fun shoot!  I had my 10 year old daughter Izzy come to work with me for the day and she was in awe of how little and precious Ricki is.  She kept exclaiming Mum she is so tiny!!  Our little boy Toby is 15 months already and Izzy was taken aback to realise that Toby was even smaller than this little miss!  Ricki started the session wide awake, staring at me and taking everything in. She was so peaceful that I thought I would capture her gorgeous wise little face looking so calmly at me before settling her to sleep.  Sure enough, after a wee bit she dropped her and we got gorgeous shots of her snuggled up with her beautiful Mum Kelly and her doting dad Michael.  These sessions always remind me how lovely it is to see newborns with their eyes wide open - welcome to the world little one!
